How do I actually pay?
Through Shopify's own billing, the same place you pay for every other app on your store. Simple Stats never asks for a card number directly — approve the charge once inside your Shopify admin and it's billed on your normal Shopify invoice.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
You're charged $24 for the first full month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Shopify sends you the standard reminder before the trial converts.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes, anytime, from the app's page in your Shopify admin — no email, no retention flow, no minimum term.
Is there really no overage or usage fee?
Correct. $24/mo is the entire bill on Standard, regardless of your order count or revenue. Free is $0 regardless of usage, permanently.
Do you offer discounts for multiple stores?
Not yet — each store installs and is billed separately today. If you run several stores and this is the blocker, tell us at hello@keelhelm.com.
