Terms of Service — Simple Stats

These terms cover what is specific to Simple Stats, the plain-English Shopify analytics app. They work together with the terms common to every Keelhelm app and with the company-wide Keelhelm policies; read them together.

Simple Stats is a Keelhelm app. Using it means these Simple Stats terms plus the common Terms of Service for Keelhelm Shopify Apps and Privacy Policy for Keelhelm Shopify Apps, and on top of those the company-wide Keelhelm policies. What Simple Stats reads and does

Simple Stats requests read-only access to your orders, products, and customers to compute your revenue, order, average-order-value, and repeat-rate metrics and to generate a plain-English daily summary. It never requests permission to write to your store, theme, or checkout. Your store connection, our license to read this data, acceptable use, availability, disclaimers, liability, termination, and data deletion on uninstall are all covered by the common app terms and, for data handling, the Simple Stats Privacy Policy.

Plans and billing

Simple Stats offers a free plan and paid Standard ($24/mo) and Plus ($49/mo) plans, each with a 7-day free trial and an annual option; very large stores can talk to us about a bespoke Enterprise arrangement. All billing runs through Shopify — we never collect your card details. Charges, trial conversion, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation are managed from your Shopify admin, as described in the common app terms. Accuracy

Simple Stats computes metrics and generates summaries from the data Shopify provides. Cross-check figures against your Shopify admin before using them for accounting, tax, or other formal purposes; Simple Stats is a business-analytics tool, not financial, tax, or legal advice.

Keelhelm company policies

Simple Stats is operated by Keelhelm and is governed by the common app terms, the common app privacy notice, and the company-wide policies in the Keelhelm policy library — including the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Copyright / DMCA Policy — incorporated by reference. To report a concern or illegal content, use the Keelhelm reporting form.
